Meet Our Founder & Mentor

At AGS Institute, we are led by Dr. Syed Aafaq Hussain, a globally recognized expert in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Corporate Training. With over 25 years of experience, he has coached and mentored professionals from junior to C-Suite levels across industries and regions.

Dr. Hussain has trained more than 20,000 participants from 100+ countries, delivering impactful programs in leadership, communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). He has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies, designing and delivering high-performance training, eLearning programs, and organization-wide initiatives.

A certified PMP®, PMI-PBA®, ITIL®, and more, he continues to pursue academic excellence with a Ph.D. on the Value of Global Professional Certifications, Innovation, and Sustainability. His career spans roles such as Associate VP, Director of PMO, Managing Director, Consultant, and Corporate Trainer, showcasing his breadth of expertise and leadership.
